With the help of the Fraternity’s regional volunteers (province presidents), Phi Delta Theta will host 23 province retreats throughout North America in the early months of 2020.

Your chapter is invited to attend the New Jersey, New York & New England Province Retreat at St. John's University on February 8, 2020.


It is encouraged that your chapter registers and brings its Executive Board, other emerging leaders, and members of the Chapter Advisory Board to the retreat. There is no registration fee and lunch will be provided at the event. Travel costs to and from the event are the responsibility of the chapter.

The Outcomes of the Province Retreat Include:

  • Create supportive relationships among chapters and alumni to build stronger chapters and advisory boards.
  • Facilitate growth in attendees’ abilities to execute successful Phi Delt operations while building a culture filled with positive brotherhood
  • This will be done through peer-to-peer sessions focused on:
    • Successful recruitment
    • Chapter planning and issue troubleshooting
    • Building positive brotherhood through bystander education
